Does it annoy you when someone interrupts you when you are speaking?

I tend to not know when to stop when i start talking, and sometimes it actually helps if people cut me off when speaking, but of course if the topic is something important or related to work, i would definitely not want to be interrupted.
do you guys feel annoyed being interrupted?
