How do one change his profile picture?

I see that someone has already sent you a link to change your profile picture. But you have not used it. I wonder if perhaps you have not returned to the site since. As a new member myself I would just like to say that if you do return, have a read through the guidelines, it explains alot and makes navigating this site a whole lot easier. From the short time I have been here I would say it's a good site and well worth you giving it another chance x
