Music is a very interesting thing and it has the tendency to change a persons mood and ya if someone is unhappy or sad he will be happy if he listens to good party songs as he will feel like dancing and forget about the reason of his unhappiness.

Indeed, music can change your mood. It used to influence my mood considerably, but this doesn't happen anymore, because I don't dream as much as before. However, I enjoy listening to good music.

Music certainly can change my mood. When I am feeling down for whatever reason I will often put some music on through my headphones and I know that it will make me feel so much better about everything. I have different songs for different situations, and know which ones will make me feel better and which ones will make me feel worse. I find it amazing that this is the case, and think that if more people could find this out about themselves they would be much more emotionally stable and able to control the way that they are feeling through their music choices.

Yes, of course, music is a great mood elevator. The type of music also depends on one's mood, if one is feeling down, cheerful, peppy music is good, if one is too excited, something tranquil and calm would fit the bill, and so on,

music can definitely change your mood! if you're having a bad day, or feeling un-energetic, just turn up some music with a nice loud, fat beat! Something loud can really get you excited and pumped up. It works for the opposite too....if you want to relax, i play some soothing and meditate. Also, what's really fun is techno dance beats on a road trip. love it!

I agree completely. I can be having the worst day imaginable and all I have to do is turn on my ipod, put on my headphones and just relax and let the music wash over me. It takes away all the bad and just lets me be...me. No judging, no yelling, no crying...just beautiful music.

Yeah that's right as you said music is the best medicine towards depression or troublesome behavior. I have experienced this a lot in my life, whenever iam in bad mood or not been able to cope up with any situation or handle things i just try to listen to soft or rock music according to the mood. I travel by trains everyday where my class is 45 km i see lot of passengers plug headphones in their ears this shows that how music is so powerful in life. I also hear worship songs this makes me close to God. Such things make me delightful and joyful in nature. Music is such an concept where you are been grabbed with it if seen this deeply we can feel the true sensation of the music and what occurring. So i strongly feel that music is the best way to change ones mood.

I definitely agree with you bhavzm. To me, music is the food of my soul. It lifts my down spirit whenever my favorite music is played. Moreover, music is the language of the soul and the heart. Whenever there are things that I can't express in words, I just opted to sing it to my heart's content. Therefore, music indeed can change someone else's mood. Have a great day ahead! ^_^

Of course music can change your mood! When you hear a happy song, your body responds to the music by releasing endorphins, which in turn make you happier!
