Is it morally wrong to sleep with girls that have been drinking

I recently decided to stop drinking and since then I have been having this thought: If I am sober is it ok to sleep with a girl that has been drinking. I am certain it is definitely wrong and also rape if they are too drunk to walk - I mean if they are just slightly tipsy.
Do you think that it would be more acceptable for example if I was drunk to then sleep with a girl who had been drinking?
I have asked numerous people and have had mixed responses. I personally think if I did sleep with a girl when I was sober that I would feel guilty as a result of it if they had been drinking as I feel it is taking advantage, I look forward to hearing your opinions.

Yeah its wrong if you don't have permission.
Besides, it takes two to tango.
You would not enjoy it if only 1 party is operating.

LOL, I love that last line.
Like playing tennis against a wall... it's just not as much fun!

i think it is quite inappropriate that a woman so drunk will be taken advantaged of by a guy who knows what he is doing. but this happens almost always and i have heard a lot of cases already wherein a girl walking up only to know that she was raped while she was drunk.

I too feel it is unacceptable, I suppose there is a limit, line or some sort of measurement of what state of intoxication it is or isn't acceptable but there's the argument of how drunk is drunk which I once discussed with a pub landlord.
Hope that makes sense and thanks for the response.
