When I connect Nokia E 71 to PC error msg comes unknown USB device what should I do ?

Hi Frns My datacable is fine my pcsuite is fine but still I get error message unknown u USB device I cant find any reason for this do u have any idea Hare Krishna Ganesh

it seems that your pc suite is not of Nokia E71. if your pc suite is of E71 then please format your computer and then try. for further details send message in my profile

I have tried on two pcs and I m sure pc suite is for nokia E71 as I have downloaded it fm nokia web site product downloads for e71 pcsuite ver 7.1 Hare Krishan Ganesh
