When you have a really hectic morning, there is nothing better than a quick bite of fruit. Not only does it get you one of the most important means of the day, breakfast, but it also is a rather healthy alternative to some of the other types of breakfast foods. For me, a couple of good apples or a banana is something that gets me charged up, enough to get me to lunch. Granted, there are other good fruits to, too many to list in fact. I think I'm not the only one to say that a piece or two of fruit is a simple and healthy breakfast.

Since I working abroad cup of coffee i enough for me in the morning before I'm going to my work. but ever time I have in my annual vacation, every morning after a cup of coffee 2-3 pieces of guava from our guava tree. I little bit strange because we know the guava is one of the fruit that contain very high level of sour, but to problem to me I like guava any time... see you around

I really do think that pretty much any fruit would be something that works. As long as it is rather healthy and something that tastes great, than it is more than wonderful. It is really one of those great things that sparks your day, gets it off right, and really does get it going. Plus what may seem to be a bit out there to some people, tends to be more than perfectly normal to other people. So breakfasts tend to vary for sure. Thanks for responding. Its appreciated. Welcome my friend... my breakfast during my vacation is always great because all tropical fruit I can eat from mango, guaga, banana, pineapple, star-apple and many more... it is not problem to me whether it is on breakfast or any time... because I like them... see you around

Fruits are rather great. Not only balanced, not only healthy, but they are going to be rather easy to eat. It does seem like part of a smart balance and not something that is going to be taking all that much effort, if any at all to really prepare, to really move forward and get going, get eating. It is just an enjoyable experience to say the least.
I think that the fruits are unforgettable. As I well, I always remember to eat the fruits early in the morning. They just seem to be a rather essential part of a well balanced diet and just something that gets me ready to go in the morning. So yay for fruit, it is good, excellent. Thanks for responding. I usually have apples for breakfast because I am always on the go.
I can barely eat a proper breakfast since I need to leave home early unless I get stuck in traffic and be late for work. I usually eat my packed breakfast at my office.

It is really good to have something that will tide you over. At least long enough for you to have a chance to sit down and actually eat something properly. Just something to give you energy for an hour or two or whatever. A couple of pieces of fruit are something that can be eaten in a few minutes, as you are scrambling to try to not be late in the morning. That is really one of the great things for sure in the morning, when you do eat some fruit, it is quick and it is also healthy. Like I said, it really is in many ways the perfect combination that will lead to the closest thing to a perfect breakfast that there really is. It is really great. Thanks for responding. yes fruit contains vitamins and protein which is required to energize you.
when it is taken as breakfast it will energize you for the whole day and you will be able to do things with more passion,you will achieve the result which you wanted every time.most of the people do not achieve what they want due to their lack of physical fitness.fruit will help to make you healthy.everyone should give it place in their everyday breakfast.

Very well said indeed. There is a pretty prominent part of our diet. There are really so many nutrients that can really be a great part of our diets. We are going to really to have fruit as a huge part of our lives and our day to day diets. I do agree that breakfast is the best part to eat fruit. Not to mention it does not take as much preparation at all. And hey in the morning, we got to eat something. So why can't it be something like fruit? I always add some fruits for breakfast. Most of the time is banana, apple, pineapple, grapes. Banana is one of the healthiest because it contains a lot of good nutrients like natural sugar, high in fiber, high in iron and also has an antacid effect. I have one or two banana with my milk and wheat bread for my breakfast. It makes feel so energize for a day and ready for a challenge. When I’m in hurry, I just have a bite and bring two bananas or an apple my lunch box and eat it during snack time. After a week of breakfast with banana or other nutritional fruits, I observed that I can feel lighter with my body.

Fruit truly is a joy to behold during the time it is to eat breakfast. I really enjoy in the eating of various fruits. It is just something that is really going to get off the morning to the right. There are just a lot of good choices out there. Even someone who has a particular appetite is going to find something that is going to be a great part of the morning. i had take fruit as my breakfast, i feel breakfast is very important to anyone, and breakfast more easy get nutrient . Beside fruit i also have take vegetable, i very like make salad mix the vegetable and fruit together.
But sometime i wounldn't take it when i feel too hungry. I have take fruits before lunch or dinner. We must take fruits before you take a meal.

Fruits are a rather good source of eating for good. Especially when someone is really in a pinch. It is really something that gives the needed nutrients. There are a lot of people who disregard fruit more than they should. Still regardless of the fact, the fruit are the greatest source of all nutrients and it is just something that is wonderful. Yes you are right fruits are the best alternative when ever you have a hectic schedule.. I most probably have some fried egg with a glass of milk but at times when iam in hurry apple and oranges play best in providing energy. I strongly feel that one should always keep fruits as their primary breakfast recently i have changed my breakfast schedule where i told my mom to include fruits because there are no chances or any heavy based foods. Fruits play a very important role in your breakfast even if your breakfast is not including at fruits it would be better to apply some pair of apples and oranges they will keep you active throughout the day. So i think a healthy breakfast is where we have diversified breakfast including fruits and all.

Very true, obviously when time is a bit more, something else can be eaten. There are many good choices to eat during the time for breakfast after all. However, when you have a hectic morning, where it does seem like you do have a lot of things to do. And not really a lot of time to do it. However, fruit is something that is a great thing to eat. You really should eat something each and every morning after all. It just gets the day off right and helps tide a person over to lunch. There are far worse things to do. Thanks for responding. A small breakfast especially low calorie, high nutrient breakfast one like fruit will kick-start the metabolism and aid with weight loss through out the day. I want to put on the pounds so I eat alot of calories and work out. I love lots of fruit particularly dates and bananas. The complex carbohydrates can fuel me until lunch. I cannot think of anything I'd rather have.

Me too, cause I do weight lifting I need to compensate for the energy that is depleted in the training. High Intensity workout will need substantial amount of high caloric foods and protein. I usually blend some fruit mixed with Whey Protein powder then steam sweet potatoes for carbs. I do this everyday as soon as I woke up.

Fruits are rather good for sure. Especially if you have a busy morning. Therefore there are going to be a lot of times where I just tend to have a couple of good pieces of fruit and it is really all that I need to get going. At least to lunch but often times we need that little nudge to really get us to the day. Fruits are the one thing that does give us that necessary nudge to get to the morning.
