So, I had many bad experience with customers service from the services I had previously or currently. One way I don't like is the way they talk to us, and the way they are so reluctantly to help us to solve the problem. The only priority is their companies have to rip the customers off in a big slice. That is why this business model never would work.
A customer service can be another way around when you think about it. An opportunity to serve your customers, and listen to what they really want, and to see the problem the companies should improved from customers' perspectives. It is also a way to establish a good relationship with customers. Some representatives also lack of patience to serve their customers while in the phone. But if you can take time to listen to them, you might have a long - term customer there too. So many good words would be spread out too. What do you think?

Yeah it sometimes is like that, but I think it's because they have had a long day or maybe it's just because they hate working there. Other times people do really help the ones that are the good workers those just love to help one solve a problem. SO I have had my share of both good and bad customer service. I have had some people give me attitude though, but what ever I always ignore that and just try to get on with my lie because I just don't want to deal with it. I really do appreciate good customer service because that's the best around. I know that when I start working in that department that I am always going to be nice tot he customers because hey I am gonna want to keep that job.

I mean that is no excuse. The company actually paying you to serve the customers better. I sit in the office and having a really long day, that doesn't justify you as a rep to treat customers like sh*t right? If you are a paying customer, and I treat you like rubbish, would you still consider coming back or recommend your friends? No way!

the company make money from us to pay the customer service people. If they don't deliver their work properly, they shouldnt get paid then and we deserve to get back our money!

There are many issues with customer service; sometimes it is good and sometimes it is bad. Sometimes the call center operators are difficult to understand because they are from a different culture or the connection is not good and you can't hear them that well. No one should ever be rude or give out misinformation. When you have a bad experience with a customer service representative you just have to find another person to help you. Sometimes it means writing a letter or sending an email or making a dozen phone calls, but the person who needs service also has to behave appropriately and communicate effectively so that the representative can help them. It's a two way street.

I think the most efficient manner to make the customer happy is to meet their requirements of course customer communication plays a vital role in fact it is the base in starting a particular customer relationship with any of those. We have been hearing lots of cases where customers are been not served probably or met their requirements that is because of the poor customer relationship management one needs to know the needs the taste and preferences of the customer once you have established a relationship with a customer it is very necessary to their requirements if this is not fulfilled then no matter of effective customer relationship you have build there is no use in such things, so apart from communication having a requirements of the customers met is the key point in establishing a good relationship with customers.

Well, I'm currently working as a customer service agent and it is definitely important to listen to them before speaking because that's the whole point of the call. We have to know what they want and then device a solution for that.

hi,
I just told a customer service for my stocks OFF! I told her she is not being competent and not delivering her job well. 3 times conversations on the phone with her was a waste of time! In the end, I still pay more for my stocks and this been happening for few times with the company!
Im going to change to another company! Can't tolerate it. I even told her she is risking her job by her attitude towards her work and client. He disability to deliver her tasks within the required CS standards and she is wasting my time! I lose some money from my stocks and this is just insane because her wrong doing.
I really NEED a good customer service person. You guys are very important for our work !
