dear what are you doing at this time on my lot. It is dreaming time. Never compromise with your health. Take atleast six hours sleeps if you have more work. Otherwise enjoy eight hours sleep. By the way what is that hourly base job ? :-)

You should sleep 8 hours nightly. Some people can handle 5 to 7 hours though but experts say it's not adviceable. Get plenty of hours of shut-eye for you to work more efficiently. You'll know when you've got plenty when you're feeling great when you wake up.

Oh. So it's an independent work, something like that? I'm working full time for a company so my shifts are the ordinary 8 hours although I'm at the office 9 hours because of my 1 hour break. It's really a hassle working more than 8 hours a day because since we were kids we're conditioned to be outside for 8 hours because of school. Working for an indie employer is not worth it if the pay is low because work will just gonna get in the way of your leisure and we need those or you'll end up getting too stressed every weekend.

Yeah i want to sleep 10 hours a day, but i can't because of work.
But i don't work on weekends often, and takes rest on weekends.
I am working on very low price because i am working with the man who taught me this work.
And give me a lot of work because my price is low.
And i tried to contact other companies but couldn't got reply.
So, i have to work for him........
Have a good night.

I know how you feel in regards to this as I also have trouble with this. I do see a tiny baby in your post so I wonder is this little one keeping you up? Everyone needs a different amount. I personally do good with 6 hours or I have to sleep until I wake up.

Hey there,
This is normal if you're busy as stress can cause lack of sleep or decrease the quality of your sleep. If you can't get to sleep I'd recommend the following:
-Not exercising 2 hours before you go to bed.
-Not eating 2 hours before you go to bed.
-Exercise during the day, exercising will increase your energy levels throughout the day then bring them down more at night.
-Sleep in complete darkness, if you don't like complete darkness use the dimmest night light you can find.
-Focus on one thing when you're trying to sleep, if your mind is filled with many thoughts it will be difficult to fall asleep.
-Make sure your sleeping area is tidy and comfortable, this always helps.
If all else fails, you could consult your doctor. But really, those things should work for most. An adult should sleep for a minimum of 6 hours, 8 hours is said to be the most maximising for your health.
Hope this helps!
Sam

So that's how it is. Why don't you just get yourself a stable job, then? I mean, you definitely have skills and a lot companies would hire freelancers because their skills are street-learned most of the time compared to professionals.
