I just moved into my own place and everything has been great so far. I'm almost positive that I will get enough money for next months rent, but there is always that thought, that worry that I might not be able to get quite enough. My rent is usually 600 a month, but I have to pay off the rest of my safety deposit which will make my rent 900 next month. I just want to hear your opinions of what you do to convince yourself you'll be okay, because I really need the convincing!

Don't worry about how; but don't sit back and do nothing either! I was gonna say 'have faith,' but Christians have maligned that into meaning "sit back and let your Flying Spagetti Monster handle things."
'Having Faith' REALLY means "acting as if you CAN DO what you're DOING."

well, if you think too much, normally it will only cause a negative impact onto the way of living and the result would be out of your expectations, the best way, is to either, think positivily, or not think about the matter at all, which means to say, have a carefree attitude towards life. good things always happen to people who have a carefree life, even though they might not realize it!

It will be okay...you just have to break it down into more manageable thoughts. I usually divide numbers up into a per week amount, so I know that if I need an extra $300, I need to earn an extra 78 a week.

Hey Spazz; Congratulations on the new place! IT is wonderful being on your own, isn't it?
I know your worries, been there but my advice to you is to not focus or even entertain thoughts that are the least bit negative.
Our thoughts as does our words, have significant power.
Foresee that all is well, that you live with abundance, brainstorm and don't sit around all day doing nothing!
Keep on the move, brainstorm today for tomorrow. Keep a list of tasks in order to accomplish your goals.
Convincing and doing are two different tings but I suppose you can convince yourself to keep moving towards aligning yourself so that you are okay from month to month.
Since I have been online for over 20 years, mostly for business reasons, online and off, I can assure you that if you do not already have a popular product or service that you are marketing and succeeding with, online and off or are one of the top 3% affiliate marketers making a decent living online, stick with you day job.
Work hard.
Figure out the numbers on paper.
What you make each month and what your monthly bills are total.
This will give you an idea of what you need to do or that you don't have to do.
If you make enough to pay the bills and put food on the table with some extra to tuck away for savings, say for annual car and or house insurance, life insurance and or taxes etc, then you are good. Keep doing what you are but keep your eyes open for other opportunities that you could take on as well to make some extra cash. Meanwhile always keep an eye open for bigger and better opportunities. Ideally less hours and more pay per hour! At least more pay per hour!
Surely you want to excel. I mean who wants to be a slave to 9-5 all their life right?
Find your buring desire, what you are most passionate about and hone in on developing skills. Become a pro in your field, take some training, read a lot.
Be it working as a scientist, a surgeon or building a product or service that can help fulfill a market need.. This is something to work towards if it is something that you can eventually work less and make more with so to enable you to become financially sound, without worry and still have time to enjoy with family and friends.
I think the main idea here spazz, is to keep your eyes open.
Keep track of your selling points (skills) and go after the immediate job that can bring you in the income you need to get by each month. Get that down pat and you will be good to go onto bigger and better things.
Working 40+ hours a week will soon be something of the past so make the best of it for now.
Focus only on positive. Focus on your dreams (it's good to daydream) and don't look back.

My bro also moved out recently but my father still support him. My advise is you can ask some money from your parents and you promise to pay them back later. Another question is what type of work are you doing? Are you getting unregular income every now and then? If so find a job that gives you basic salary and not just commissions. Good Luck.

Just don't get ahead of yourself. Live each day, as it comes.
If you have work right now, just refrain from unnecessary expenses. At least until the safety deposit is paid off.
And if there is anything extra, just set aside a few dollars. Maybe you could save up for a few month's rent for those lean times.
Goodluck!

what i do is i work hard if i have doubts on my financial capability for the coming weeks or months. there is no treatment in dealing with and addressing impending shortage than making sure there will be money coming in the coming days. working hard means taking opportunities that will make you earn some money. staying longer in mylot, writing articles for other sites; just work hard and things will be fine. i wish you the best.

You've got to focus and always go back to your initial motive or objective as to why you moved to your own place. Think of the pain of failing... if you're not able to sustain it, it is a manifestation of weakness or that you are not ready to be on your own. Failing should not be an option. When you have a strong need to succeed, your mind will work in a way that it will look for means. You become resourceful.
Good luck. Believe that you can make it. Have a nice day!

It's all down to budgeting and forward planning. Also, having the right mindset.
Instead of saying to yourself 'OMG I have to find 900 next month, How am I can manage? Will I manage?"
Break it up into small pieces, break the amount down. On a daily basis you need to be able to put away 22. As long as you earn more than that, you will be just fine.
If you can manage it, put away 25. At the end of the month, reward yourself with the extra that you have saved, something for your new home, a meal out, a new dress or a pair of shoes.
The key to survival is looking forward positively.

Everyone have their own own way to earn money! So really I don't know what exactly to do in your situation. But I know this thing. If you cut out your cost, you can't move forward. Let's make it to be your reason to earn more money, to solve your problem. Don't lose your energy on confusing or embarrassing about can't pay your fee, JUST focus on earning money to solve it, so you can certainly solve it! Nothing is impossible!
