How to stop E-mails from myLot?

Whenever someone from my friend list starts a discussion, I receive email notification regarding that, there's no option regarding these notifications at PreferenceNotifications.
Can anyone help me with this situation? I am irritated with this.

Thanks for sharing that info. It might take me awhile before I completely turn off all of the notification. However I guess that is the best we can do to stop those emails. I've been receiving tons of email notification from My Lot which I really don't need at all. Again, thank so much.
