Just now I heard a software that can cure the sleeplessness. It is something to install in the software and then it will play relaxing natural sounds for you when you are sleeping. It seems that it can be helpful for you to fall asleep soon. Did you hear about it? Do you think that it can work well?

Hehe,is that so?I have never heard of that before. And I don't think it will work very well because one's sleeplessness is caused by different reasons.
But I really don't sleep well,I can try it if I can find it.Do you have got it now?

Well honestly speaking i just heard for the first time from your discussion started, i think yes there might be some software probably music which would be available in the market or on the internet. Basically it i think it will be a music that will allow you to drowse and give a good sleep. It is better to listen to soft music while going to sleep as it helps our mind to relax and release chemicals which relaxed the whole body. So concluding its a good idea that if such software is available it would be good enough to have a nice good night's sleep.

Hi youless, other than the essential software I don't install any other software in my laptop. I'm told, the more software installed the slower the computer will be. I prefer to listen to natural sound, yeah those relaxing music which would help us to relax and fall into sleep fast
There are lots available free at youtube. Some of my friends save a few which they are their favorites so that they can hear these comfort music while lying on bed especially when they are away from home. They find difficulty to sleep in bed which they are not familiar with
Have a nice day

I think they already have relaxing natural sounds that help you sleep. Maybe they have updated it. I am sure it works for some people. I have whales, mountain rivers, flute music and all are very soothing. One does need to relax before they are able to sleep. Tensions and stress of the day keep alot of us awake.

Water trickling, whaling calling to one another, flutes. I think I mentioned them in my response. Anything soothing and that doesn't have a catchy beat to keep you up.

I had not heard this before, but you may be right. See my thinking if that when the fetus is in the womb they are comforted by the waves and sounds inside. Therefore, when a baby is quite young and small we tend to rock them, put on sound waves and or if they are in a care they feel the vibrations of the ride and are comforted.
So this software may be in some type of relation to that as it seems it would be very comforting.
