What is your favorite way of weight loss?

I like to run on the beach, do situps on a huge ball, and I try to eat my carbs at lunch time. I run for about 3 miles. I also take liquid vitamins for a little more help!

I was really thin in my childhood and really gain wait when I started to work because I don't have much activities at work.Most of the time, I spent sitting and writing at work.In order to loss some pounds I really try to increase my activity after work.I prefer to walk instead of commuting if I need to go near places.I also try to avoid simple sugar like cakes, chocolates,ice creams etc.In addition I also reduce my fat intake like using non fat milk instead of full cream,avoiding fried food and removing fats from meat before cooking.I only eat a heavy meal at lunch and eat only bread and fruits at breakfast and dinner.

Hi DJ! Your activities are interesting, and here's mine. 1. I do brisk walking every morning with my dog. 2. I have my stationery bike with me, and I sit there for 30 minutes before I take a bath. 3. I eat frozen yogurt instead of ice cream, especially when I'm craving for desserts. 4. I eat a "heavy" breakfast, and small frequent meals after that. 5. I go to the gym every week. 6. I drink wheat grass - smells and tastes like eeky, but it is a great antioxidant.

I do household chores to lose weight. I also cut off coke and fast food. I lose 7kg this year. I am going to maintain my weight and never get to this heavy again. Cheers!

My best way of loosing weight is to reduce my calorie intakes by going on a diet of only fruits and vegetables because i like vegetables and fruits and yes i like working out in gym as i indulge in various cardiovascular exercises.This helps me reducing weight also and makes me fit also and that is the ultimate thing i want and if i achieve it i will be very happy.
