Do You Believe that We have similar God?

i am really believing that the God that you are pertaining too is also the God that i have, and all other religions, every religion's God is also the same of other religions.... Interpretations and descriptions of that God is different... not to mention that every human beings have different brain thoughts and understandings.... me, i too believe in God, but my God is in the form of Energy or some sort of Gravity that holds the universe into balance.... i am a Roman Catholic... i am trying to make it compatible the differences between the Roman Catholic God of Abraham with the description what was Science stated that a universal force... meaning.... God's image is a form of Energy or Gravity.... no man can see energy or gravity because it has no solid or liquid matter therefore, you also cannot see God in its appearance.... but the whole universe itself is a one part of God's body.... therefore, we are living or located inside God's body (the universe)

I believe that only one God in this world.Religion is just the way how to meet God and know it better, but not a tool to make the different among us.I believe in my religion tell the truth, but I do very respect other religion and respect someone who admit their religion in good way.Everyone is different and I have no problem with that.

I believe that Religion has had 2000 years to make a difference, and has failed miserably. This includes every religion ever devised. If a religion had been invented that would prevent wars, I'm sure everyone would know about it. But alas we are having just as many, or even more war than has been the norm over the last 2000 years.I am not questioning anyone's belief here, I'm just saying- For God's sake lets invent a religion that does not cause wars! Its very obvious the religions of the last 2000 years are not doing the job!

hi friend you are right all are same only thing is the way they pray god differs.but god or religion is not the real reason for wars. if all of the world is really of single religion our people would have some other reason to fight.they are fighting not because of the religion.they are fighting making religion a issue.if not religion they would have raised some other thing saying countries.what every one trying is to dominate others.if one looses other wins.loosing means it may be from a currency to life.so the winner is created if some other looses.even the religious heads are gaining from this wars so they encourage this.as you said religion belief and questions against that no one have a right to question any other person unless it harms others or him itself.we are not really aware of the really history to talk about how they are created.

People have always called God by different names. To some, He is Jehovah. To others,He is Yahweh. I have Native American ancestry and God is called The Great One. I took a class in college and we studied similarities between religions. There are more things alike than different.

This is true that all religions have same GOD but to make people believe this is just not possible. If GOD also come on earth and say to all human beings then only they can believe otherwise it not possible for us to convince people because on mane of religion we have gone so far that now it is truth for all the different GOD exist for different religion.

It would be very beneficial if people studied more than just their religion or spiritual belief. When you really look at all the different theories out there, you begin to notice that there are a lot more similarities than differences. They are all really saying the same things, just expressed in different ways. Too often do people get upset that everyone doesn't hold the exact same beliefs as them. If we could all accept everyone for who they are, there would be a lot less suffering in the world. I believe eventually it would all cease. When people act out, it is because of ego. The person trying to find their identity in the wrong places and so many others judging them for it, despite that they are in the same boat. One day, people will wake up and realize that these things don't matter and that we are all equal. One day, there will be world peace. Namaste. :)

If I am in another country..my name would be pronounced different too. I think there are more similarities in religions than some people give credit for. Love is another word that is different in different languages but the feeling is the same and so is the meaning. I think there are people who take things very much out of context and make it their own. This is where the problems come from.

People who have religion have the same God to worship. But the only different is the way they worship God. Jesus Christ and the apostle teach us on how to worship God. Even God itself tell us what the right way... But people really hardheaded and does not comply with the commandment. They worship images, and gods..which this is actually prohibited from the bible.

I believe that there is only one God who created everything and has supreme power over all things.I also believe that Jewish, Christians and Muslims refers to the same God even though some Christians believe in Trinity.Muslims believe that Allah is what Christians refer as God the father but they believe that He does not have a son nor a father and Jesus is just a prophet and a messenger of God.I don't have much ideas about other religions but definitely believe that there is only one God to whom we will return.
