Hi Natliegleb,
I am also a victim like you. I was a reputed worker of Amazon (Mturk) and my HIT approval rate was more than 93%. I was and till also a reputed member of Askville also. I had earned more than $1600 within 8 months from that site. But suddenly same like you I had got an email to verify my details and after adding the details I had got banned from them without any reason. It was on June 2010, just a year back. I was amazed to see their activity and contacted their lot of people from customer care to Amazon (part owner), but they did not care to give a single reply or clarification for the reason of my suspension. By someway, I came to know that that verification email was not from them (Amazon). I felt strange. I do not know, what was my fault. I requested them for hundred of times to solve this problem and to activate my account, but they were silent. Till I have unpaid dues of $218 from them, which probably they have forfeited.
They says that, if we will be suspended, all our previous unpaid dues will be forfeited. But I do not understand that why they will forfeit our previous hard earned money? Actually they are getting those money from their clients through our hard efforts and labor but they are forfeiting if we are suspended. If it is so, they must return our efforts, labor and valuable time. Will they also refund those amount to their clients? I do not know.
I was also a member of Mturk forum (Proboard) but as I spoke fearlessly and straightway, some one had banned me from there also. But till I have some good friends in Askville who really felt sad for me and I am always grateful to all of them for their kind co-operation.
I hope you are not alone as an unfortunate victim. I am also beside you in this regard. If any changed happened to you or if you get any good news please inform me. Have a good luck.

Yes, the unfortunate people only knows the pain of this worse situation. Those who did not get the snake bite cannot realise its pain. So, please be alert of this type of verification email and always withdraw your dues most frequently although it charges $4.00 for each withdrawal. But if you loose your money, you will loose more than this $4.00. But I will say that Amazon is a good, genuine and legit company to them who is still active. At last, I wish you all the best there.

I have tried to contact them through several ways. Also I wrote to one person who is a part owner of Amazon. But all correspondences remained silent. So, if you can get any new way to contact them, then please let me inform. Actually they should reimburse our unpaid dues. Have a nice day.

In my experience, I got their response in time. I had some issues during verification and mailed them. I got proper response the cleared verification process. I started the verification process when i had little amount in mturk. Eventhough I got banned during the process, I might not be losing much amount of money.

Hi mkannanm, can you please tell me that if you have got banned from that Mturk, how did you transferred that amount to your bank account? Because if you are banned from that site, you cannot login to your account and hence you cannot claim your dues. If you have claimed your dues before you had got banned, then it is ok. So, please let me inform. I am eagerly waiting to hear from you.

yes they will reply at first, but when your account gets banned, they ignore you and dont ever reply to your mails, and they will not release the amount you earned, how much you earned and how much you lost in the site?

For starters, saying a site "cheats on people" because they banned you is a bad idea: it makes you sound like you're ranting rather than presenting any supporting evidence.
That aside, it's odd that they would ban you after you've verified your details and without a reason. I'd suggest asking them why. Once you know the reasons you can correct the situation, whether they're at fault or you are.
And by the way, I don't know many sites that issue warnings: they usually go straight ahead with locking an account. It's far safer for their site's security and other users than messing around with a warning which leaves abusers time to do even worse things.

You have already banned from mturk 3 months before and started a thread regarding that issue..I already responded that time..http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2510667.aspx
I think you again started a new account and they may be suspicious about that can be the reason for ban...
