I agree with all the responders that think that it is silly, self-serving and only worth for display. I myself have a large chest which I am planning to reduce when I get some serious money. It's not for appearance's sake, it's more for convenience since my bosom makes it hard for me to pick and wear clothes as well as the backache I'm suffering from if I lean for a long time.
I always go for the natural thing, unless it presents some physical discomfort. I don't think many women should get some cosmetic surgery just becuase they don;t feel good about themselves. I think that even if you're not exactly good-looking or has less assets, it's not an excuse to go to a surgeon and under the table. It only speaks that they are not confident in their skills and base their opinion only on opinions of others.
I guess that cosmetic surgery just feeds on people's insecurity. The practice of medicine should not be like that. The people who benefit from these procedures can be insatiable in their 'road to perception' to the point that they don't recognize themselves in the mirror.

How does that saying go??? Ain't nothing like the real thing, baby........ Contrary to popular belief, Bigger isn't always better. Give me a gal with brains and puppydog eyes and she will be a goddess. Besides shouldn't true love be happy with you as you are??? Do you really want the man you might catch with those alterations???? Think about it. True love will be better.

I'm one of those people who feel that you should be happy with what you were born with!!! Personally, I would NOT want any friend who likes me ONLY for my boobs!!! If they can't like me for me being me, then they aren't much of a friend. I always thought Pam Anderson looked like a freak when she was so large. After she did the reduction, I thought she looked MUCH better!!! I've naturally been everything from a 32 to a 42 & I was more confident at 32!!! I find the implants to be VERY distracting as they NEVER look natural!!!
If a woman's self confidence is so low that she feels she needs implants to improve herself, I feel she needs a psychiatrist in place of a plastic surgeon!!! Even though the media tells us we need to be skinny with huge boobs, it just does NOT make it so!!!!

it looks heavy...
I personally would never go though it, but if it makes them happy then why stop them? I'm happy with my body, but sadly nowadays the media just highlights the need for people to look in the standard way of beauty...and does being the same with everyone else makes them beautiful or just plain?
So, I think with much further thought, that we do need to accept how we were made, it makes us uniquely us!
