Who do you think who doesn't enjoy eating? Of course the answer for that is most of us really love eating. We sometimes have preferences which we do like and sometimes which we doesn't like to eat. Sometimes we tend to love eating especially when we have an eating buddy. Since yesterday I decided to go on diet since I need to slim down due for the fact that I gained weight. It crossed in my mind if I don't eat rice and I will just eat junk foods but not to much for the day does it has the same value of calories? If a junk foods indicates zero trans fat? Is it really true?

hi janefatima same here i'm also on my special diet right now lol 1 month since the last time i ate rice and somehow i can say i lose weight. My advice for you instead of eating junk foods the best way to lose your weight is to eat vegetables and fruits and drink lots of water and go for after 6. The first week when i didn't eat rice its kinda hard but you gonna used to it.Just try it i know its hard but i know you can do it. :) see the results after 3 months :)god bless

Wow! a month of not eating rice? How I wish I can possibly do that for my diet. It is so hard to refuse eating rice since we are used to it. But let me try to do that for this week I might probably lose weight if I might gonna do it for the sake of my diet. You take care. God bless.

Some food companies are making good with their marketing, the main part of the business is to sell their products. If you want to be healthier, just eat natural and not processed foods, there is nothing best but fresh foods, if possible use organic.

Hi there! I think you lost track with your proper dieting. You may have planned to cut eating rice, but you eat junk foods, so what's the difference? You still gain weight as junk foods remain as unhealthy as they are. If a junk food indicates it has 0 trans fat, it can be unbelievable. Trans fats are more apparent to most fried foods and increases bad cholesterol levels. Hence, if a junk food indicates it has 0 trans fat, but contains MSG or artificial sweeteners, it remains unhealthy. If that is the case, I have to prefer eating rice than such.
