My favorite sims 3 expansion pack is generations. I really love all the stuff that is included in this pack. I also love all the added game play including graduations, proms, the different boarding schools, and lots of other things. What is your favorite and why?

My expansion by far is world Adventures, ambitions and late night, but generations seem to be interesting because the way you said it, it has the features of Sims University. Between late night world ventures I prefer late-night because it gives me à la doubles down jump from sims2. I don't like world dangers that much because my name least favorite expansion in Sims 2 is the von voyage. I hope we can have seasons Expansion soon because it's my all-time favorite in sims 2.

Seasons was good. I miss the sims' ability to grow vegetables and fruits in sims 2 which is missing here in sims 3. I mean somehow the sims in the sims 2 had more variety in the vegetables and fruits they grew.

I agree. Sims 2 Seasons was the best expansion pack in that series. Wish they would add weather to Sims 3. A lot of fans have been requesting this but EA seems to be looking the other way. University was kind of fun too.

Mine would be showtime and I cannot wait to get supernatural . I know this discussions was before the expansions I mention , if I was to go before that I would also say late night because I like the vampires and the town .

I'm a greedy person, I think all of them are good!!! However, because of the bug in "Late Night", World Adventure is affected by it. Sadly, I have to uninstall the game mutiple times in 2 days because of that, so I'm going to go for "World Adventure" and "Ambitions" for now. I have yet to persuade my mom to buy "Generation" pack, leave alone all the Stuff Packs. My wish is to buy all of them =D. I am such a Sims 3 addicts. =P The Sims Never Die!!!!!!

I still havent got the generations as the CD is not available in India. I finally am going to be tempted to buy the direct download from EA I think. So from World Adventures, Late Night and Ambitions, I like World Adventures as it brings some variety to the game as in a different set up and adventures.

Honestly, I bought generations when it came out and I've barely played it! I was caught up with exams/moving back from uni etc so I never really got "into it" like I did with the others - I know virtually nothing about the new features. I'm just looking for a good legacy challenge to try out, and then I think I'll try and really give it some play time next week. I really liked World Adventures, especially the new martial arts/photography skills, though I haven't really tried nectar making I admit. There were some good things about ambitions too but I didn't like that as much. Late night was good, but honestly it felt too similar to Hot Date - there just wasn't enough new content. I sort of object to paying £20 or whatever for a game that is essentially a remake. with World Adventures, although it was like holiday, the tombs etc gave it enough of a boost. I think my favourite at the minute would have to be world adventures, though I'm reserving judgement on Generations until I've actually played it a bit more!
