How to reduce weight

Dear friends, in the last two months i am just gained more weight and feeling depressed.. I asked to take a video shot of mine by giving my camera to my friend.. After watching that shot only i realized that my tummy is big now.. My hip region also becomes fat.. I am totally upset and also i have not taken any food stuff for 2 days, not in the motive to reduce weight, due to the depression & tension i can't have it.. Finally i am fixed now.. I should reduce my weight within 1 0r 2 months, I should get my tummy small size again, and my hip region should become in normal condition like which was in past..
What exercise, food stuff, & any other things it may be... Please suggest me to save my life in this case.. Because i am almost died mentally.. Need a speedy recovery..

I'm too afraid to gain more weight. I hate to become fat. 2 months ago, I gained 64 kilos, so from 64 kilos, I lost 5 pounds. I just go to the gym, eat vegetable, 4 weeks ago,I started not to eat rice. instead of rice, i just eat wheat bread , try to eat low calories food. try to make your self busy instead of eating much while watching TV or movie. I wake up every morning take 1 hour jogging. before breakfast, lunch and dinner, I drink 2 glass of water. then you eat less.. try it. :)

So many nice points especially the last one.. Drinking 2 glass of water before taking break fast, lunch, and dinner.. Many a times we are supposed to eat our favorite dish more than a limit even if we try to control our diet.. But drinking 2 glass of water before we eat really helps us to control our diet.. Simply Superbbbbb

Presuming you're a female, it is completely natural to gain weight as you age because your body is preparing for child birth (whether or not you want kids). Just keep a healthy lifestyle. Work out thirty minutes a day and eat healthy, but don't forget to have the occasional treat because that's better than just going all out and eating tubs of ice cream.
