about worm in children and adult

hi
i have as two years old son and i heard that children usually have worm so its good to give them worm medicine. So I want to know what are the symptoms of worm? And is it possible to have wormin adult as well?

I see that you live in Australia. I would be EXCEEDINGLY surprised if cases of worms were anything other than highly unusual. Children certainly DO NOT usually have worms (in developed countries, at least).
Worms are of various types and can get into the body through drinking contaminated water, eating undercooked and improperly kept meat and through skin contact, usually preventable by good hygiene.

DO NOT try to treat him yourself: many home remedies can be highly dangerous for adults, let alone children.
