for me, i won't believe in it... right it has a basis, but it doesn't really mean that it's all true. and clearly its just fiction, enough said.
an author of the book usually research on facts to make a fictional storyline. for example if i where to write a crime novel, i would search first for informations about existing laws and existing crimes punishable by law, which is a fact. then incorporate all the details to make a great fictional story...
same goes with the da vinci code...

I have heard those rumors.Maybe it can be true but it is not what matters.Da Vinci code gives us an idea to think and reevaluate if facts are really facts.Maybe we are just blinded of following the leaders of the church. As the famous quote in the Bible says "If a blind leads another blind they will certainly fall into the pit."

The Da Vince Code is a novel and I see no other way of reading it, although it has some elements of truth to make it looks as if all is true. I donĀ“t think we can accept or reject facts based on a piece of fiction. That is not meant to be and can be very dangerous.

I'm not sure about Da Vinci Code.
I thing the Da Vinci Code just one study has not clear result.
Opinions, work or study from Da Vinci is interesting, but i think this can be considered harassing or against some religion. may this can lead to schism.
