I'm 5ft 7in and my weight is 76 Kgs. I'd like to bring it down to 70, I do go out for morning walks atleast 3 times a week. Can you guide with diet and food choices to burn the excess fat and reduce my stomach size.

Stop eating junk food. The reason it call junk food because it is just a junk with no nutrion value and benefits to our body. Stop drinking soda and alcholic drink will also helps. Those drink contains a lot of calories. And try your best to stop eating fried food. Deep fried food contain a lot of excess oil that make our body fats. To help you reduce weight faster, try to jog more rather than just walikng. It burn more calories and fats.

i eat bagels and cream cheese, all kinds of fruits in season and veggetables. I love to eat chinese food because of all the vegetables in it. I walk the beach about 6:30 am every morning for an hour. I am not overweight I just notice my stomach has a pooch to it. I can't jog as I have spinal desingeration in C-3-4-5 and again in L-3-4-5 So I walk. I do push myself in water to utilize water type arobics. Stomach seems set on remaining...Any suggestions?

I won't comment anything about bagels and cream cheese as I didn't know a thing about them. As far as other food you mention abouve, I think it is fine. Chinese foods can be unhealthy sometimes, the stir fry dish, but others than that it is okay. Regarding your stomach, I think you can do some workout which focus mainly on your stomach. Sit up is one of the work out you can do.
