I just graduated from school about six months and now I work in a company. My major is international economic & trade. But I don't think it is okay.I need to improve myself. It means I must take next step into consideration. How is my future? What should I do?

No one is too old to learn, that's what I believe. Evaluate yourself on what and what doesn't work for you. Also, reflect on your past performances. You should have a talk with your co-workers and better yet, with your boss on what they think about how you do your job to gain more insight. You're probably stressed too because of your life outside your job. Sometimes our personal lives can have a huge effect on our careers. It's always good to have good communication with the people who matter. Learn how to prioritize and study more about your job.

I agree with you Maxen. Maybe it would be nice to ask his boss of what better ways should be done to improve his capability in his job. Maybe he could take up further studies.
Also he should not tire himself so much by having fun with friends even at the wee hours of the morning. That will make a toll on his body as well as his mental alertness.
He should take care of his health too, have a check-up with a doctor of whatever is stressing him up.

You have made an excellent start. I would say "international economic & trade" is and excellent field of study with endless opportunities. Different regions around the world carry vast opportunities for international business. Pick a region you like, to start with, and explore the international trading possibilities.

Hi Jason, it's good that you're currently having a job which will at least give you a bit of insight into what the working world demands. If you still feel you want to improve yourself and take your qualifications to a higher level, you could always consider taking a part-time certificate or diploma course. However, doing that could actually be more taxing on your part since you have to work and study at the same time. If you feel tired and fatigued, maybe you need a little rest. Taking energy-boosting supplements like Vitamin B complex or Co-enzyme Q10 could help recharge your batteries. All the best for your future!

As with anything new it takes time to adjust. If experience can be achieved at this job it may get you in the door to a better one. My daughter-in-law you graduated college a couple years ago changed jobs three times before landing her dream job that she just started a few weeks ago. Give yourself the chance to obtain some experience.

Think a lot of times first before you do anything..I am a nurse but before I work in a hospital,I also want to work as a medical representative so I work as a medical representative for two years. It is a tiring job and it needs dedication and hardwork. Then I decided to pursue my passion as nurse because I felt that I am not happy anymore with my job though I get paid well.Working as a nurse is also tiring especially if it is not really your passion.I am really adjusting to my first exposure in the hospital as a nurse because it's a while that I was not exposed to it.

you improve yourself as well as your post by studying more. You can study with your current job. Here in India mostly people do study along with job to improve their post and salary.

You are a new grad and you still have a bright future ahead of you. Just be patient, work hard and soon you will reap all the success that is meant for you. For now, just focus with what you have, take it slowly, do not rush into things to happen. God has his own time set for you. God bless!
