Google AdSense Disabled my account :(

Why??? It's not fair :(. It's written in the e-mail that my AdSense account poses a risk of generating invalid activity and that's why they have to disable it. What a reason is that? I am advertising my blogs only in Traffic Exchange programs and is it my fault if there is an invalid activity coming from them? Or it's the risks of the profession??? Well I'm not that upset because I didn't lose anything. I'm using AdSense for a month now and I didn't earn even a cent. Can you imagine, I had only 1 click during the whole month? And I'm really spending a lot of time exchanging raffic. Even I was beginning to think that this AdSense is a nonsense (excuse my language). So my question is do you think these monetizing programs really work? Do you personally use it? What other ways do you use or know about for monetizing your sites? Thanks in advance for your opinion.
