My fully breastfed daughter hates formula but my supply is depleting. Any tips?

I have been exclusively breastfeeding my daughter since she was born. She is now 14 months and my supply is slowly depleting. I can still pump four feedings a day but she consumes at least 5 feedings a day. That means I have to start mixed feeding. Her pedia recommended a formula (Progress Gold by Wyeth) but when I tried feeding it to her, she hated it! I don't think I can re-establish my milk supply anymore and honestly, I want to start weaning her slowly from breastmilk. She has to learn to drink formula milk! Any tips, moms out there?
