Yet another grand prix gone by with a familiar result. The way this tournament is progressing, it makes me feel that Sebastian Vettel's crowning as World Champion is already a foregone conclusion unless other teams do something dramatically different and soon. Probably they have already started thinking about the next season, the way things are going on right now.

Sebestain Vettel has definately been consistent and that reflects in the drivers championship...he is leading by a mile away.....out of seven races he has won 5 and finished 2nd in the other two races.....he has been the most consistent driver and even though others are trying their best, their best is just not good enough because vettel has set a goel that everybody is finding it difficult to match.... he is showing his talent and is proving himself a worthy world champion....

I agree. Today he and his car seem unmatched in F1. Others are just busy playing catch up. And already the race for no 1 team and driver seems decided.

I think it's pretty impossible to Vettel lose this championship this year. I have to say that I rarely watch F1 anymore, because, in my opinion, it's not fun anymore. On the old times it was so exciting to see who's going to win on the unforgetable battles between Senna and Prost. Now, it's pretty obvious whom is going to win each race.

I agree. F1 is very predictable nowadays. The championship was worth watching when there were close duels. The thrill is now gone. However I still watch it sometimes, for the love of the sport I guess.

Vettel is fast in a fast car. He is young though, and needs to develop his racecraft. Unfortunately, this will never happen in the fastest car at the lead for the whole of the race. Take the Canadian GP, for instance. I had just finished saying that the pressure Button was putting on Vettel might cause Vettel to make a mistake, because he does make mistakes under pressure. At that moment, Vettel lost control on the wet and Button took the lead with a half lap to go and won the race. Vettel will win this year, but the future is not his automatically - he's got to improve his driving skills or stay in the fastest car for life.

I agree, finally in every sport you need to keep on improving. But he is a fine talent and with a little bit of guidance and with more maturity which comes with age, he will develop into a fine overall package.

Sebastian Vettel is enjoing the best time of his life in Formula 1. He has the car and more importantly he has the talent....even though Button may have pipped him on the last lap of the Canadian GP Sebestain still has a big gap in the drivers championship and until and unless the other teams do something about their cars SEB abd RED BULL are just going to run away with tis championship....more importantly SEB has improved as a driver compared to last season and rather than being just aggressive he is more mature in his drive and making the right decisions...he has a lot of talent as he surely deserves to win....

Yes. Vettel is showing greater promise this season. Now he shows much more maturity. However he needs to improve further if he has to be the best.
