Are you shocked that your EON Account gone to ZERO? Thinking you still have funds on it. Here's the answer to our problem. I went to EON Bank today. If I am not able to pay the Annual Fee worth (350) on time. Don't worry because you can pay it anytime of the year. It will AUTOMATICALLY deducted to your account once you EON Account has enough fund. If ever you still don't have enough fund. And you still have balance with EON. They will deduct it again to your account until EON accumulated amount 350 for your account for Annual Fee. I hope I solved your confusion on this part.

@visavis, you cannot withdraw directly from your AP account to your Philippine bank account, you can only withdraw to your credit card that's why a lot of our country man got eon because it is the easiest to get and I think you can even apply online (not so sure about this) Other ways to withdraw AP money is thru mailed check which takes a very long time, minimum is 20usd and the charge a fee of 4usd another is thru wire transfer or bank wire, faster but they charge 15usdand you have to be AP verified. So AP is not really a good option for us, that's why I seldom join sites that use alertpay only as payment processor.

Yes alert pay is available in the philippines and you can register it with your eon card. I don't have eon card yet i only knew it from my brother who has an alert pay account with his eon card.

Thanks for the information. I do not have an Eon card but has just recently thinking of applying for one. I withdraw my funds from Paypal through my bank account and I have not encountered any problem with that so far. The fees are killer but at least it's on a per-transaction basis. I do not have to spend for annual fees. That's good enough for me. Have a nice day!

Thank you for the reminder. I was apprehensive at first because I didnt know that they automatically deduct it. I would go to the bank to deposit my funds and I told the teller to deduct the fee so that I wouldnt have to worry about it. She then told me that it's automatic. That's why I had some funds missing before. I mean I knew I had a specific amount in there but I was surprised to see that it was less than what I thought. Then I remembered about the fee. It's better if they deduct it automatically. We just have to be reminded about it to keep at least that amount in our accounts so we wouldnt wonder where the other funds went.^_^

I have knew this before I apply for a debit card. The day you apply for an Eon debit card they charged you for an annual fee of P350.So be sure you have enough funds for the next year charged which they automatically deducted on your card balance. If the funds is insufficient I guess they will inform the member and if not paid maybe they will deactivate the card.

I don't have an EON card but wanted to respond to your discussion about it. You have to make sure to read the fine print on everything, especially these days. They like to add all kinds of fees on everything.

Hello I am not sure though but i guess i should retain my 350 Pesos in my debit account, that's for sure. so, if Union bank don't debited my 350 and it's not around, they will have to deactivate it? i have been using the debit card for a very long time now since 2008. thank you for this information. so, in case my account gets the notice or it's deactivated then i would know. but for now i wouldn't want my card deactivated have a nice day

I think your post is very important, although my credit card is not EON, I think Union Bank's EON was extensively promoted by online earners in the Philippines for people with no credit cards but would like to down line to them as a way withdrawing money from their Alertpay account since AP does not support Philippine banks, only credit cards. Yes the information would be helpful for a lot of them.
