Help Me Get Rid Of My Depression?

Maybe I face a lot of issues in my life on a daily basis. After joining Mylot I feel like I am doing something for me these days. I am mostly depressed under all the stress that life gives me. Can any one come with some idea or tip so that i can deal with my depression. These tips can also help a lot of other depressed members on MyLot.

hi angelsword go outside look at the sunshine, the flowers in bloom. listen to the birds singing, children laughing, neighbors talking
now listen to the breezes in the trees,life is good , God is Good
tell those issues to go take a hike, you want to be happy for awhile
so stuff them in a sack, put them in a corner and now pretend you
have a big plastic bubble all around you complete with air conditioning and magic ,no stress can get through it. YOu will deal with the various issues as they come up and resolve them quickly. Now listen to your favorite music on whatever thing you have and relax. depression is

Sometimes doing something totally opposite that's positive can lift depression very quickly. Sometimes visiting a friend or therapist to tell them what's really nagging you can really help too. Sometimes depression is caused by physical problems that are hampering your daily life. It's important and critical to go to the doctor and letting someone help by telling them what's wrong.
I have went almost over a decade and a half that way. I didn't like doctors and I didn't want to tell anyone what was wrong because I was afraid of making someone mad or upsetting someone. The problem was, I was hurting inside and that was hurting others. That's why it's important, very important to you to feel better and get back on your feet.

The best way to get rid of depression is to look at positive aspect of everything. start ignoring the negativity and ultimately you will start feeling good and positive and hence will lead your life without any significant problem.
Try to be happy and avoid situations that make yo sad. Depression is just a state of mind and your will to solve this problem is much more important than any medicine.

Try and always think in a positive way and don't let yourself sink into negativity. If you have a depressing thought, replace it with one that makes you happy. Listen to uplifting music. Sing or play an instrument. I guarantee you won't feel depressed if you let some music into your life!

Mate im sure you like some type of music. Listening to music can really take a load off you. You got access to the net too getting music wont be that hard :p.
Whenever you feel off just listen to it no matter what situation.

WELCOME TO MYLOT.
You are 23 years old. Depression - possible causes - not getting employment after completing degree well, not completing degree, not liking the work that you got because of repetition, comparing yourself with brothers/sister/cousins who are better placed/lastly love failure.
Tell the reason-- then the suggestions will be easier. If u can identify the root cause of your problem then we can solve it.
You are now feeling good because you feel you are doing something which gets you something.
