How to download youtube video?

I'm using youtube downloader 2.7.4. I just installed it today. After I have installed it I downloader 1 video and it worked. I try to download another video but when I click the download button it should give me a box when to save the file. But it just pop out and disappeared quickly. An hours later I tried to download again and it worked again. for the next video it didnt worked again just the same as before it pop out and disappeared quickly.
I guess there is some software that is conflict to it that why it stop running but I can't figure out what it was since I don't have much knowledge in computer.
Can anyone help. Or suggest another easy tool to download video. Thanks!

hi angelbelle,
just go to keepvid.com & at the link field given at keepvid.com paste the link of the video of youtube which u want to download. It'll start processing your video. Choose the resolution in which you want to download the video. enjoy...
But u need to install java in your system before downloading the video. If u dont have java in your system then don't worry keepvid.com gives a direct link to download java & it will also give you further information for downloading. After that you will enjoy videos.

Some vids can't b downloaded i think but i download with real player, when you go over a video button for download appears if you installed real player and ticked the box that says download button. Als there are many sites online like keepvid from which you can also download vids not just from youtube.

Use IDM(INTERNET DOWNLOAD MANAGER) nice tool just install it and it automatically integrates into your browser (mozilla 4 series and chrome not supported) after installation you just see a download now button over a video you played on youtube.com and many other sites supported.

Use Internet Download Manager. It can download anything that is streaming. Hehe

Hi angel,
This is what I Use,
1. FDM (Free Download Manager). Install it and it will integrate with your browser (Opera, IE, Firefox and Chrome) and show the button at top left corner of video to download. Use RC build 3.5 version. Regular version has problems
2. Orbit. When FDM do not work Orbit works. It works for almost any video website. I recommend this. This will be integrated in Opera, IE, Firefox and Chrome.
3. If you do not want to install any big software, Best Way is use "Chrome youtube downloader" extension in Chrome. I Use this.
