Why we are wasting out time in non productive activites!

We spends a lot of time on net surfing.
And with many other things, on chatting, commenting on the videos, watching videos in which we don't have any interest.
We can give that time to our family, or can do exercise, or can relax our mind.
But we don't.
What it is.......
But when someone claims that we are ignoring him/her then our answer is this "We don't have time, really bussy,etc,etc"
What do you say?
Am i right?????

Busy doing nothing is still busy.
I'm also like that, whenever somebody disturbs me while I'm playing video games I say that I'm busy. I think it's mainly because I get so absorbed with the whole thing. You know video games, right? You thought you were just playing for a couple of minutes but once you look on the clock, a couple of hours had already passed.
