changing the engine from 3.3 to 3.8l need help

I have a 94 Chrysler town and country ls. Im changing the engine from the original 3.3 to a 3.8l. the problem is the 3.8l is from a 92. Everything fits and plugs in just fine except for two sensors that wont fit. The plugs were changed from roundish to squared. thats about it. Im wondering if i can use the old or new sensors from 92 to work without getting a new wire harness. or even if i did all that would the ecm and main computer still read the engine and sensors correctly. Any one know anything about this?
