I have been a member of Freelancer.com for almost 2 months. Each month I have 30 bids. I submitted all those 60 bids but failed to get one of them. I have been very frustrated with the site as I know it is a legitimate one and it really pays. Can you help me out which type of projects should I bid for? What are the bidding strategies? How can I start earning? I know nothing and loosing patience...

Hi there,
I have been also a member of freelancer. But let me tell you, I had a good experience there, for more than a year, though I am inactive there now. I did not use up all the bids in any month. However, I got good responses and won bids too. There are many things that determine how you win bids, your response, your deadlines and most importantly the rate you are specifying.
If you are asked to give a piece of writing, be ready to do that. I did it for 2-3 times in the 5-7 bids that I won. So, mind the average people asking your writing as a sample.
Anyways, I would like to be friends with you. I added you as one, please add me too.

Yes, you are right in expecting my answer.
Firstly, you are too poor in grammar. Please don't mind this and take it as a positive. "I will bid" is the first mistake here. You are talking of the past reference and using "will" - the future tense. "Many of the project" don't you think, it should be "projects"?
Next, don't say "I cannot win any bids". The sentence should be "I did not win any bids". According to your sentence, it means you can never win any bids in the future too. Another suggestion is "there" and not "their".
Now anyone can argue here that it is an informal talking between us so we can take liberty to speak. But if that is how you often do, then its time you work hard on your grammar.
Now as for suggestions, you can write for my blog and earn some bucks as well as improve yourself. It depends on how you take it.
