Getting sick everytime a vacation came! T_T

It always happen when a big vacation or an exciting holiday rolls around me, i find myself sneezing, coughing and aching. Please i don't let this things happen again. it really makes me sad and mad. I didn't enjoy anything in vacation. T_T have you ever experience this? what did you do? is there anyone of you can suggest what to do when we are having this kind of situation? thanks we do appreciate it!

Sounds to me like you somehow are uncomfortable spending time with your family. Probably something you do not want them to know about you. Just my guess.

Happens to me at times too, i got my last vacation spending on the bed, unable to do anything, well i have this problem, i catch cold very fast, and it stays for at least 10 days and even more if i am unlucky. seems like you have the same problem too, well what you can do is, stay away from anything that would let you catch cold, like drinking cold water right after you get home, cool yourself before going for a hot shower, you can even try health drinks, they help to a certain extent. lastly always go to the doctor.
