Internet Time Will Soon be Rationed Per Household!!

How did we survive before the Internet went mainstream? What if (and this would never happen) time online was rationed to two hours per household? What would you spend that time doing? What would you miss? Would you have to compete with other household members for that time? Would they waste it doing anything dumb? Like what?

computer - rationed for 2 hours
If only 2 hour were rationed, not a big deal. I used to be in front of the internet for 2 hours, and most of it I keep it to my family and chores. It's a matter on how you divided your time spending it.
