Hi friends,
What is your idea about your boss or someone who is above you in designation at the place where you work. How do they treat you and how do you interact with them. What will you do if your boss or superior or supervisor disrespect you? Will you burst out or will you let him test you patience??

Different people have different nature. Not all your superiors will behave the same with you. More importantly there will be those who you are comfortable with and there will be those who you would not like to see. We should never disrespect our superiors no matter what because they are most of the time under a lot of pressure and they may have just reacted based on that situation. Many of them even apologise to their juniors and let them know that they did not mean it. So we should be patient with them and also respect them..

Yeah you are right, I am also not mentioning that all of them are same in nature and behavior, but the kind that you are talking about are very rare to see around here, i.e. some of them which I came across treats talent as threat to their position. I have had only one team leader who has supported me from the very beginning, but he had to leave the job because his superior had issues with him.

My previous boss was very hmmmm.. scary? Hahah.. I cannot even talk straight when he asks me a question. Let us just say he really has this aura that says I am your boss so bow down before me.. Hahaha.. just kidding. But yes, it depends on the character of the person maybe.
I have not tried having a boss that disrespects his employees but if there was, maybe I would let him test my patience if I need the job.

Yeah, most of us do the same.. cause we need the job and they are exploiting us for the same (not always, but commonly). The funny thing is in every office there will be at least one such a guy, who ruins the fun of working in an office environment. I have come across a few in my career.

It's sometime happen because the boss is often felt superior than the employee without understanding that he should be good person that lead. It's sometime happen to me too and all I do is just ignore my inferior feeling and just let him go.I dont want to think about him and just take it easy.I will respect him because I still work under him, but my respect is only stop on that way.I won't give him more respect because he doesn't deserve for it.
