Hello friends I have completed a book which is romantic fiction. For nearly a year I have been trying to get it published but was unsuccessful. Is there any way to sneak into publication or another way to sell my book to other people who might be interested? Please advise.

Use a self-publishing service like Lulu (which is free for ebooks) or Smashwords, etc. Amazon also has one but I think you have to go for paper publishing as well and it's expensive (or something - not sure, but I remember hearing grumbling about it).
BE WARNED that you need to read their T&Cs to figure out what rights you keep when you publish through them. Make sure you don't pay them anything either: JUST ebook publication (they'll take a cut when you sell a copy) unless you really want to fork out money for paper copies.
I went through Lulu. Didn't cost me a penny.

You can always keep on trying. Successful writers were turn down many times before. If you don't want to send your manuscript to agents, you can always go for self publishing. There are thousands of sites where you can published your book, however keep in mind that you are in control of all the editing and promotion.

Have you tried the following websites? Honestly I have never submitted anything to them yet, so I do not know how good or reliable they are. One more thing, I am not soliciting as I get nothing in return should you join any of them

Congratulations! It's quite a task to finish a book.
I think someone already mentioned Lulu.com and Smashwords.com, the ebook publishing is free and I would definitely recommend starting out that way if you are having difficult with publishers. I am planning on going that route as well as soon as I finish some of my novels. I also plan on using Smashwords for some short stories.
Keep in mind, that if you self-publish, the company is not going to help you market your book (unless you pay them lots of money). So you may want to research and get a marketing plan in order, this should help you start selling copies faster.
Good luck!
