how to read a face? face reading is an art or a technique?

Hi anurag! Did you ever watch TV series of 'Lie To Me'?This series is about investigations, finding the criminals through applied psychology which is interpreting microexpressions, through the facial action coding system, and body language. I really like to watch the series as it teach us how to read expressions and people face- even if not so details~ I don't think it is an art or technique but more to a field of study to know people better than we ever know~

I do not get it. Face reading, is something new to me. Is this like, when your face is fat and round, it means you love to eat because your face is fat and round? Can you give me some more example. I only know mind reading and I know a certain person who is doing it here in my country. I do not know anything about face reading.

There are many books which interpret the meaning of body language. They say each gesture has an interpretation. But there is a practical approach. See the face or a face on the photograph. Ponder over that face deeply. Your intuitive power will instruct you and repeat them to the person whose photo you have been contemplating. If you practice this often then you see you will be accurate. This must be a natural gift. All may not have that concentration. But this is one of the methods.

i think you are right^^ face reading is an art. if we can read a face well we can have a good life. not just in our works but also in relations and everything. if you know if the person is having a problem you can help him to solve it. if you see that the person wants something you can just know it without ask^^ sometimes this happens with couples that are together since long. also with our family members. we look at their expression and we know already if they are ok or not^^ what is really great^^

face reading is not a technique its all based on your personal life experiences because if u have met more people in your life then u can understand faces.
