what about your opinion on job-hopping?

Hello everyone, as we know, the frequent job-hopping of the university graduates has sparked a heated discussion nowadays, some those who advocate this phenomenon think that the youngers are ikely to broaden their vision and have a better understanding of knowledge in different fields, by doing this. however, others take the opposite view, and what about your ideas of this issue? anticipate your sharing of your views...

Hi lilyfang1991,
I agree that job-hopping is a great way to learn different skills and to find out what you are suited to do or have a passion for. I think though being one who in the past has job-hopped trying to find a solid "new career" not being able to find work in what I studied for and worked as(manufacturing tech), that I now have too many short term jobs to be seen as reliable. So it could work for a younger person, but for an older person maybe not so much. Then again it could back fire on a younger person as well.

Hi mandolinjazzer, well, to some certain extent, i agree with your idea, job-hopping may bring an increasing number of opportunities. perhaps, i will try several posts beofore finding the one that is especially suitable for me and i'll spare no effort to develop myself and contribute to the involved company after i graduation...
