I wonder How a Newbie can Last...

Letran every time you go away for a couple of days there are more things happen than just the ones you see There is more than one veteran who came back, more than one who has left (for one reason or another) and MANY interesting new users who have joined and are already having fun and seeing the cents add up. Of course there have also been some who have posted one topic and left too Then there is one who has posted sooooooooo many topics but never got back to discuss who has only just realised that the star affects their earnings and that they will earn if they come and discuss with us by commenting. It's always FUN here and just like a soap for real!

Hello LK missed you in these two days!!! There was nothing special in these two days you should feel like you have missed something in these days. Newbies as usual eager to know how to get fast money on MYLOT & as usual vetrans like myd,HWG,OWLWINGS,hatley giving them the guidance or asking again to read DRS/FAQ. I think 2 mylotters returned back. People like me still being chosy & selecting discussions to respond.

I joined 5 years ago, so I must be a veteran! I took a long break away for awhile but I always come back.. Life just gets so busy, but mylot is one of those places you really don't want to leave forever, well not for me anyway... I too notice some newbies come and go. They give up to easily... There are a few that a giving it a good go and I hope too that they stick around....

Hi! Yeah! I've also seen newbies coming in and go just after a few post. I've seen some because they sent me friend requests during the times I was inactive here. And when I came back, I checked their profiles and found out they haven't been logged in for months so I knew they already left. I actually think maybe if I was active when I received their requests, then maybe I could have done something to make them stay. By the way, I'm one of the veterans who just came back. Well, I've been back for already a month I think. But I've been absent for a very long time. It's good to be back. I also know someone who has expressed leaving myLot. It's sad but that's life. Mylot has seen a high rate of members turnover over the years. To be honest people who join merely to make money here will eventually leave cos they find writing a daunting task. It takes like minded people who have the patience and interest in writing to have that strong staying power. In fact I did not realize that I have come to my fifth year now in mylot and still going. I hope many newbies will stay on and enjoy the bonding of friendships that this site offers.

I am here every day, but my activity might be heavy or light, depending on what I am doing. Now it might slow down again due to my math class starts today.. But there are a couple people who are gone, one who didn't want to go and another who left on their own. It makes me sad really, though the one I am in contact with, the other, I missed giving her my addy before she left.. There are a couple newby's though, that are fun, one considers me her mom.. So, another round of new friends I get learn about..:D

I think alot of people get pushed to their limit just by being stalked by some members of Mylot. Some come back under a different name and some never come back. Alot of people join here also and never come back. They are missing out.

There are lots of money making site online that are available. Those newbie that register here and not became active are only looking for online jobs. they are about the earnings and not really into the site, learning from it, making friends and earn. it is obvious that they do not read carefully the rules of this site. Or if they had read it, they accepted it but they don't understand or maybe they do not care about it. In time maybe after a week, if they see their earnings are slow they will live the site and so long newbie, byebye. Those who never been active, the clear reason is the earnings. But if they really want to know how they can earn here in Mylot, they can ask the veteran or anyone. They will read the rules, follow it what time and let see what will happen. It all comes first with observation. AGain, if they will not post a quality topic then how can they earn higher.....

So many newbies join and have no idea how Mylot works and you have to work to make money here! So many memebers give up when they realize how hard it is! So many people don't give Mylot a chance! I have learnt the hard way and I am not ever going to give up on being here! Some people should find more about Mylot before they join and if they did maybe more will give it a chance!

dear LK, As long as vets will always there to give the newbies a good welcome,and vets never get tired of giving them guidance i am sure they can/could lasts it here. Yes,i've seen a lot of newbies here..posting here and there and I am trying to give responses to their topic as well (thu I am not that good for helping them) just wishing them and greeting them with "welcome" to make them feel they are most welcome to this big big family called "mylot" one vet leaving?...i don't know about it dear brother...who?

I can say going smooth the function here in mylot as you said and other also come and go the other even old and new.. The finest I've seen there are so many newbies here, a little tiring fo welcoming them, sometimes guiding them to read and check you know what I mean.. Some are very lux of creating discussion without checking in the search (discussion) if duplicates so the result is dis-appoint. And you know the next question through discussion.. so that is the normal routine here but still enjoyment are still around to other mylotters...

It;s such a shame that some veterans leave mylot. There are times when I envy veteran since they were already on board when mylot first came out. I kept wishing when I joined that I stayed as long as they had. But I'm sure that their reason is valid and are thought out well. As for the newbies, I keep noticing that many are popping up for the last few months. The only thing that concerns me is that some are quitting before actually trying the site. I often see discussion where newbies are so adamant to earn money in a quick time that they slam the site. Nobody said that earning here is a easy. It's like any type of work. You work it and you earn. Kids these days, always going for the instant. Sometimes, I feel that we need to exercise the virtue of patience even more.

WOAH you have 10478 posts!?! thats insane. i just found this site yesterday and made 2 cents so i came back lol. it seems fun atm so im curious too how long i'll be lasting.

Well, I will say that this is one of the most easiest forums I've seen. Some are so boxy and not easy to use.. but this one is really easy to use. I think if people come and then go it might be because they didn't make a lot of earnings or they didn't make personal connections like they had hoped. I don't know how long I will stay, but I hope that I will be here for a long time to come. We will see.

i letran some newbies stay as they find it helps to read and heed the information and others will not do so and get mad when their discussions are deleted and leave, muttering mylot is just a scam.A veteran mylotter and good friend of mine is leaving forced out ba another mylotter who reported her numerous times for nothing at all.Whoever this person is I do hope they are now ashamed of themselves as my friend never ever broke any rules here and was a real veteran well liked by all.I hate to see veteran mylotters leave this way,its sad and not right that someone did this on purpose to them. I have seen some newbies really getting along great here.

Hi LetranKnight25, Am I still consider myself a newbie here? I have been here a year ago and I have noticed many people who join and go, especially my referrals, all with "0" discussion. . They never even want to try how wonderful mylot is, and I believe if they never start they will never found the key of enjoyment in mylot. I believe only people who are fond in writing and willing to share information are more likely to stay in in mylot. For me, it is their lost if they leave mylot and never give it a try.

Hi Letran I did see the post yesterday of the long time veteran leaving the site and it sadden me to think that the member was leaving. Though I have not been here that long I still got a very good sense as to the many great members that were continually here. It is sad to see anyone go, especially anyone who did not understand the site very well. It is a shame for the misguided new ones that come here with the misconception that they will earn big and get so disappointed that they leave before anyone can give them a chance. As for our friend who left I will always remember the member as I do not have outside contact with the member and will always wish the member well. As for you Letran, I do know that you are quite busy but always seem to find sometime for myLot when you can.

Hey there LetranKnight! I consider myself as someone who goes in and out of mylot because I tend to be become very busy with some of my other activities. I can't go mylotting because I'm very busy with a lot of things. I think that newbies will only last when they finally reach the ten dollar payout. After that, they'll probably no longer be active. That's what the usual thing about new members. Bu then there are times that they really enjoy their stay here. Like me, my initial objective was just to reach the minimum ten dollar payout. But seeing how I enjoy my stay here, from time to time, I post here to vent out my anger, to share my experience, etc. etc. As for those who have been with mylot for so long, maybe for years... I think they have really more important matters to attend to. It can't be helped. Still, there are new members who come and go. have a nice day too!

I come and go to :) but it is because i have tests now, so if i study all day i don't have time to chat here and after a test end i enter to see what is new. I think it is a great thing that there are some new users around, i don't think newbie is such a nice name.. and i believe we should help them to "Acclimatized" here.
