Recently, I heard too many quit news. My collegues quit one after another, some turned to another country and some stay at home for rest.
I am puzzled now. What is the reason so many people can not keep working in this company any more? What is the most important part in the job, salary or holiday? If a certain job offers high salary and enough holiday, can we feel satisfied?
How about your feeling of your job at the moment?

That is the trend in software industry and other fields also. When u stay in one company u feel u get stagnated. People jump for increase of 5% salary like that. It depends on the confidence of the person concerned. I would prefer to continue in the same job as long as u get salary and holidays. do not worry.

There are many people at my work who are just leaving because they have got bored. With no other job to go to though, I do think its a really silly move. Theres hardly any jobs available and those that are available have lots of competition.
On the other hand, I am planning on emigrating in about three years time hopefully. I dont care about earning more money, I would rather feel safe and have a better quality of life. Here its just rush rush rush with people being disrespectful to each other with no morals. I hate it and would hate to bring up children here, so that would be my reasons for leaving my own job.

Actually, I am also think it is not a wise choice to quit a job just because of boredom. But it is hard to find a balance pole. If you feel the job is boring, it means you are losing interest on it so that you will hate it finally, which affects work efficiency.
In your words, I can see your life plan makes you don't care of your job. While it also a standard of your job choice, holiday or interests?

Well there could be various reasons of quitting a job, they might be bored, the salary is not enough, not enough holiday, improper promotional facilities, demotivation due to several reasons, unable to withstand stress.
Now if i had to chose in between salary and holiday, i would go for salary, why? maybe because i am ok with having minimum holidays, i get bored at holidays anyways, unless i go shopping and such, so yah i can live with that! i guess it depends on personal choices and preferences.

There are reason why some of people they quit and not The number one reason given for why employees quit their jobs is,the job was not what they expected. This must mean in a lot of cases. Communication was not very good. Don't blame the employee, but but seek a solution for this. We have to assume responsibility ourselves. After all, we don't want this to happen. It is very costly to the employer. As each job is unique, we should strive to understand what we can do to make this misunderstanding not happen. Communication is the key.
Second reason most people gave for quitting her job was that the job was not right for them. Now I say, how could this have happened? Notably that somewhere along the lines, somebody knew what was going on.Whether it was the employee, thinking that they could do a job that was beyond them were the employer thinking that they could hire somebody that would be adapted into the job. Whatever the reason, the answer is communication. It seems to me that in this case someone is ignoring reality.
A third reason given is that the employee was not given adequate coaching or training. This one would certainly seem to be the entire responsibility of the employer. The next reason given was that the employee quit because they felt there was no chance of growth and/or advancement.

There's lot of reason to quit on our job. If we are no longer happy on we are doing. Low compensation. Miscommunication with our Boss. Not productive.
And there is also lot of reason to maintain on our jobs if we are satisfied on our salary, happy and contented on the company, if you still enjoying the sorroundings and so on.
Whatever it is you have to be wise on your job. Don't just go with the rumors and don't focus on what is happening with you co-wokers. Just focus and concentrate on your opinion and own experience with your job.
There's a lot of people are looking and trying hard just to have job and if you are going to shift into other job try to compare it first.
Good day!
God bless!

first of all its inappropriate to just wake up and quit your just, worst when the reason is because others are leaving, and trust me here in the state you will have that on your files which is not quite good. i always want to quit my job cause its to much responsibility but i am not going on the regular again so i hang in there.
also sometimes people just have enough and want to take some time off. be careful cause most of people spent time looking for jobs and when they find it they just quit letting you think that they just decide that one day to an other, no no no
not true chao

For me it actually depends on a person on how they will be satisfied and happy with their work. It depends on how you manage your time and how you appreciate what you have.
As for me, I satisfied with the company I am working for right now. Big salary and we can file a leave if we want to have a vacation. I'm lucky to be here.

Hi!
People are leaving mostly because they have kept a lot of dissatisfaction throughout the time during their stay with the company. It will be like a virus outbreak when someone started to leave the company, others who have the intention to leave or dissatisfaction will start to take action. That is why it is like a trend when someone leave the company, you will see other are leaving too.
If a company giving really good benefit and always this of the employee benefit, no one will want to leave the company without any reason. I have work in some company where they have more than half of the employees are work more than 20 years. So, from there, I can say that the company benefits are really good for the employees.

People quit their jobs for many reasons. It could be that some of your colleagues would just like a change of place , so they quit and go to another country. It could be that they are already tired of working and have saved enough. It could be that they have reached the retirement age. Others , because they don't like one or two of their office mates or their boss himself.
Me, i am satisfied with my job now. Though of course would want a promotion or an increase in salary in the days to come.

I think there are many reasons why employees choose to quit their jobs. For example, changes in a person's personal situation like getting married or having a baby definitely have an affect on whether or not they will continue to work. Every situation is different. I personally think the most important factors are salary, hours, and benefits.
