I know there are parents that has short comings, but this is way beyond...and clearly not parenting.
My comment here is that Why don't you LOOK for a freaking JOB and not let you're kids do dirty work for you're daily earning LIVING
This is a lot worse than parents using their children to beg for money and use that money for them to buy drinks. Or old people use children to get money from people and then big men collects it.
I am reacting to a news about a Couple who put their three Children Naked on Webcam and DO some Live-shows, they play naked while the animalistic phedos watch them while the parents are paid 25$ per watch I thought i've seen everything, it seems local SOME pinoys are at it again to their negative ingenuity, such a SHAME, SHAME, and More SHAME.

I also just saw that one in the news knight and I was shocked that there are people like them, I'm feeling real sick right now because of them and I can't seem to think quite clearly, anyway I think beasts and animals have more decency than them, at least animals have the instinct to protect their young, very sickening

Hello louie,
yes, it's sick. i think they have no educational back ground for some reason. they have no conscience because i know they are aware what they are doing. come to think of it, they are doing this for three years. i believe they obviously did it on purpose and hide it at the same time.

yeah, but if you finished the whole segment of that news, it came back to back with another report regarding a vice mayor of a certain province who molested a minor, maybe it's not just educational background, no conscience perhaps. So what do you think is happening friend? Sick parents, sick people from other countries paying 25 dollars to watch a sick show, the vice mayor is still presumed innocent unless proven guilty by a court of law, but if he really did it, then maybe he should join those I mentioned above. in jail, I mean why would he still abuse a minor with all the money and power at his disposal? Maybe he's sick too? They all make me sick

I don't want to call them "parent" because they really don't deserve for that title.I hate them and all kind of child/kid abuse. That kind of action not only left kids frustated but also make them lost of confidence and always feel worthless. How can we avoid it??Why can them report it?

well, that's just it. Without any basis for comparison, they may not know that it is wrong or if they do know, maybe they are ashamed and don't want others to know. And lets not forget, the abuse lowers the self esteem to levels that make it impossible for the abused person to feel confident that deserve help and that anyone would even want to help them. If they report the abuse and nothing is done then things could get a whole lot worse. They are comfortable with this lifestyle no matter how wrong because it is all they have known. What would be devestating to our children is home to these kids.

Hello redvak,
I agree with you there, they don't deserve it. unless the children forgives them in the future, and allows them to be parents again, i doubt it can even be possible at this rate. how could the children report it if they don't know PC or know the knowledge that what they're doing is wrong.

It's hard situation and hard choice to take.I hate child abuse so I hope everyone who given responsible to be parent must be mature enough to know what should do to their kid and what shouldn't do!!

Hi LK, Its very shocking & shameful act. I can't beleive if the parents can do this to their children. What to do when you are not safe with your parents then where should you go next???
Also its shame for the people who see it for enjoyment they should at least spare the children. They are really worse than animals.

Unbelievable..I had not heard about that. I know in Mexico, there is not really any type of social service system in place for kids. Parents will put their kids to work and if they dont come home with money, then the child gets beat or worse. I feel bad for the kids I see in the street all the time. It is really sad. Sometimes the little (under 8) kids come up to my window at a stop light. They have no shoes and wear raggedy clothes with dirt all over their faces. In their hand is a rag and spray bottle so they can wash car windows as people stop at the light. I always give them money because I feel bad but then I wonder what the parents are doing with my money if not taking care of their kid. I would take them all home if I could. What you are talking about though, is far worse and those people should be sent away for life to be molested by big burly people against their will!

Hello roneal,
Well, am not sure about mexico, but if there's one i bet they haven't been captured and arrested yet. it's happenign in every third world country or places where we think it's harmless and has less crimes. i feel bad for them but at least the kids are safe now.

This is true..it does seem a bit lawless here and people get away with so much horrible stuff that they never see consequences for. Often, we dont hear about the crimes in third world countries because like you said, the people dont ever get caught and so why report it in the first place? I agree, those kids are safe now and thats a good thing! :)

Hello shooie,
Nope, these are parents who don't have jobs. and from the looks like they didn't even have educational back grounds.they are sick they actually let this happen for three years, those kids will have a brighter future now. i think its the politicians who also do these nasty things, most of the time.

Yes, that was very shameful. When I learned about that because I saw it in a news I was just grinning. How could this lazy parents allow their minors to work for them. How dare you! In the spirit of making money, they did not respect their children, and even what will happen on them in the future. I do not know if they are really the parents, because a parent will never do that to a child. If you are a parent, not even mosquitoes can even drop on your children skin, you will be protective. But these people, they already sold the soul of their children. BEcause they are lazy and coward, they have to be put in jail. As much as possible, I do not want to judge them. But for Christ sake, these children came from you, why do you did such things on them? grrrr,,,

Hello grecy,
They should have done LIVE SHOW by themselves instead of using the children. you know, they do it while the children are sleeping and NOT THE OTHER WAY around, that's even more awful.I feel sad for teh children. i think the children can move on slowly once they realize they're on teh right track and environment.

Whoah! How low could people go?
I haven't seen the news about such, but while reading your discussion I couldn't believe that children are being used like this. It is really shameful. By the way, how did they catch these parents?
Whew. I'm so mad right now.

Hello Laydee,
they are just children and it's sad to see it happen to all three of them. i don't know, it's said that the US home land security got involved so probably some foreign customer got concerned and let them authorities know of this matter. too bad the parents are dumb enough to think no ones gonna know about their evil thing

Problem is, some people are that bad that they may have recorded it,..So if it is illegal where this happened, does this mean the children are now safe and the parents have been arrested?? I hope so, that really makes me mad..

I have heard about that news as well, actually its been part of the local/regional news for the past few weeks here in our area. Yes you are right, such doing is very shameful, I don't know what this couple is thinking putting their kids in this kind of thing.
I feel really sad for the children because with their young age they have to suffer in this kind of issues. The situation is very painful and difficult for them, they are still very young , being exploited and now they are living without their parents. huh!

dear LK,
This is not only happening in the Phils...i will give you more link for other countries that sell their kids for a living.
And this only proves that humans are worst then animals....having the highest level of intelligence...yet the lowest of morality.
They won't get rid of this...on the right judgment, maybe not here on earth, and only heaven knows!

Hi LK,
I don't want to judge this kind of parents but I found it so sick because how can they do this to their innocent child
Poverty is not a reason for them to force their children to enter this kind of sicko whatsoever they call it .
hope to talk to you soon.

that's why it's a shame for them in the first place. they shouldn't be parents, i think this isn't the first time that this happened am pretty sure there are chances that this is happening elsewhere in our country.

This is horrible. I can't imagine parents doing such things. I know it happens on a regular basis but its disgusting. I think they should be hung out to dry. These children will be affected by this for the rest of their lives. I just don't understand what they are thinking. Best Wishes!

That is horrible, disgusting and heartless! Those parents have no shame! I hope they get arrested for child abuse! The more technology improves people find more ways to exploit children and it is sad! It makes me sick and it is truly disgusting!

Hello bluepacker,
They are heartless indeed. technology for so many years had been used to exploit people, even children and some themselves for these kind of horrible acts. i have seen a lot of abuses form yahoo messenger about people asking to view their cam for moneybut this for children is horrible.

I can't imagine that there are parents who can do that to their children in exchange of money. Shame on them! Parents should be the ones protecting their children and should be responsible to work hard so that they can support them and not the other way around, these parents should be punished.

Hello junrapmian,
would have been lesser evil if they just sold their kids to foster parents for them to have a good life instead of this. it's clearly is abusive and slavery. they shouldn't allow to see their children.

Not only there Letran as here in the US I too have seen it and am very sadden by what I see. Do you know that most will line up by grocery store and have their little ones beg for money while the parent sits in their car.
It is a shame to be doing this and while I understand that if there is a need for food and or the money then perhaps the parents should not be using the children as ploys as it is quite sad to witness this with our very own eyes.

Hello hardworkinggurl,
Wow, i couldn't imagine seeing that in the US, but with so many people there now there's no argument there whether if it's true or not.I remember seeing a episode in Oprah about Americans started living in states somewhere in california. i couldn't believe it because they are literally living there because they don't have work anymore to provide for their houses.and other expenses.

maybe the parents beautiful before but now they looked ugly because as time goes by, our age is also increasing, we are all getting older...
and by that reason,
since they see their kids are also looked like their image...
and they remember the income that they acquired before during their time...
then no choice...
they try their children to follow their footsteps and awesome....
business as usual....
as i heard from others said:
they used to use software for webcam such as SKYPE instead of Yahoo Messenger
because in Skype, the video record is not logged....
this is still considered as one of the branches of CHILD LABOR...
Child Labor for me is one of the heaviest reason why Philippines belong to a third world poor country...
with Child Labor, it only waterdown the additional education of the child in school
since education is the foundation of every Filipino Citizens
many vacant jobs in the Philippines but even thou plenty of applicants, few are chosen because of the limited education of the applicant due to CHILD LABOR

Hello mantis,
I don't know the story why they have resulted into doing this. but the area is a province so definitely no local would notice the danger unless a foreigner who was also a customer might have showed concern and lead to this raid.usually they do use yahoo messenger instead of skype, but since skype is free, there's a possibility though.. there are a lot of reasons why Philippines is a third world.

Can't believe they're that desperate that they would even use their children or are they just plain greedy. Hope those children can recover from the trauma of being put in that position. If those couple were the ones on the webcam I'd understand but their children. That's just sick. It's like they bore kids just to use as moneymakers.

hello dranreb,
they're too young, i doubt they will be aware of it until they grow older. those kids didn't deserve to be treated that way. i don't the reason why they want children but certainly this is wrong on all accounts. .
