dns block!!! i need 2 bypass

help!!!! i use thepiratebay for research on programming (download OSs) but my ISP (internet service provider) has blocked it due to piracy. how do u bypass it . i heard u can. i am using windows xp but i can use windows 7 through virtual box.

If you are trying to get a different DNS try OpenDNS.org ones:
208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220
(if you don't know where to change the DNS servers try this page: www.portforward.com)
Anyway, if you are just trying to use a proxy to bypass some kind of security I'd recommend using Tor (www.torproject.org) which allows you to surf anonymously and to any page via proxy.
