hi friends i want to know what's the best way to reduce fat or how can u loss your weight fast........

Workout in the morning prior to eating breakfast. They say this works better because you have no food in your system to burn so what you do burn is fat. Also dont eat carbs closer than 3 hours before you go to sleep. More than anything else carbs are what turn to fat because carbs are what supply us the most energy, when we dont burn that energy it is stored as fat. Eating carbs before bed means supplying your body with energy it wont need thus almost guaranteed to become fat.
