Do you use Viber?

Viber- An app for making VOIP calls on the iPhone - A really cool app for the iPhone.
Easier to use than Skype. And definitely better in terms of call reliability!

Was introduced to the app during my last discussion on Whatapps. You can join the discussion here -- http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2541273.aspx First of all, thanks to applefreak! This app is just awesome! And pretty cool to use. And very much easier to use than Skype. The connectivity is very much better, and I get connected to my wife more easily than when using Skype. Playing around with the app last night, the call cost is about 1MB per min. If you are on an unlimited data plan, this is one cool app to have! Especially if you are overseas and have access to Wi-Fi or some cheap data pre-paid plan. Sigh... if only I had discovered this earlier!

It seems that you have an iPhone now. Today iPhone is so popular and therefore it has so many apps. Since my cellphone is Windows mobile, so this app may not work in my cellphone. Someties I still use Skype by my cellphone and I am satisfied with it. Since I connect by Wifi, so the speed is good and I don't have to worry about the poor quality call. I love China

Actually, I have both, iPhone and Windows phone. Windows phone don't have Viber. At least, not that I know of at the moment. I am starting to discover more apps on the iPhone now eventhough I have had the iPhone for a while. Heh heh...

just went and download it earlier. had meant to do so but kept forgetting. finally downloaded it and can't wait to start using it. wonder if the call quality will be better since we have great network coverage here. the only drawback is that we can't send pictures. for pictures, whatsapp will be the one to go to. and you're most welcome, good things ought to be shared. though i sure hope it won't become glitchy as more users jump on board...

Yeah, i'm using Viber as well, but i dun find the quality of calls that good. It's not stable and it's somehow soft. I normally use it for messaging instead.. haha =D iF i know there's this app, i need not sign for a plan that has 500mins free of talk time, when i can call for free!! .

Well I only discover viber two months ago. This was introduced to me by my supplier who insisted that we would both cut down on call charges and costs to our business if we use it. He said he has been using it for a while for both messaging and calling. I wasn't too impressed at first but then when I tried it, i regretted not having listened to him months back I should have saved a lot! Upon installing viber, instantly I noticed that most of my contacts are already using viber! what a shame for me to the late in discovering this app!
