Hello, I have an issue of this plagiarism.
After reading articles on readbud.com, I copy paste it and save it on my computer. Thinking that this could be an interesting work, I put those articles on my personal website adding "Courtesy: Readbud.com".
My concern is, since these articles are very interesting, I would like others to read it as well because in readbud, articles just come and go. Articles are just passing-by and others have no opportunity to read those interesting artilces.
After posting it on my website, I also place the source: "Courtesy: Readbud.com"
My question is, DO I COMMIT PLAGIARISM?

Well, there is some Grey areas with this type of thing. It can depend on if you're profiting from it or not. If you're uploading it purely for the reason of getting more views I would suggest contacting the author before doing so, you should really do that under all circumstances in saying that.

Well friend, technically, this is not plagiarism because you are not taking credit for the article, yet, you are posting it without the author, or owner permission, and I donĀ“t know if you do, but, if you get any profit for this, it could give you some problems eventually. I suggest you to contact the author before you post something in your website.

Hello mynewworlds and welcome to Mylot. I am responding because you (at least I believe it was you as abuse reports are anonymous) reported this wanting my opinion. I can only give my opinion on this with in the frame of how we would view things here at Mylot.
Posting a few lines from an article to bolster your topic, along with a link to the content you are quoting, giving credit to the source is allowed. However, it is important that the bulk of your discussion be your own work and that you provide a proper original source link for the work you are quoting.
Hope that answers your question.
