Is Facebook dying ? the company that presented the world one of the best Social networking site that you could ever find on Internet and youngest Billionaire Mark Zuckerberg. Due to the security issue people keep a distance from Facebook. I don't know is it rumor or not .
Can you imagine ,loss of Facebook ?

Facebook is not dying. Security issue is actually a case to case basis. There are members who are losing their security because they are opening the way to it. You know what I mean. Facebook is not a diary or a travelogue, or an open book about yourself. Some members write just about everything that makes their privacy so easy for invasion. I find these kind of members somewhat stup!d (excuse me for the word for that is the most appropriate word I could ever think of)/

yes this is happening exactly, Everyone should have to know that it's available in public like any media. Those who care the system will make him/her secure .

I do not think it is dying but it is losing popularity at least in the U.S. A recent study showed 6000 Americans dropped their facebook accounts last year. I heard that on Cnn while waiting for my Mri.

I'm bored with it but it's far from dying. A lot of people have made Facebook a part of their daily routine, and even for someone as myself who don't spend as much time as I used to with Facebook, it still has its uses for me that I can't just delete my account or stop logging in to my account.

I can only hope that facebook will die. People spend way too much time on facebook and post messages that i'm sure even their friends will like to read. Some post may be like "Goodnight" its like who really cares. Go to sleep when you feel like it you don't have to let the whole world that you are going to sleep. I'm sure that facebook can be a source of pedaphiles and its victims are the young girls and boys too young to open a facebook account but can do so due to facebook being easy to fake ages. Why would facebook want to know where I live are they trying to use the information about me against me or something? They wanted a phone number to confirm my account so I closed facebook account and never been on facebook since. I don't have to give my personal infomation out to anyone I don't have to. Maybe this is where identity theft comes from and facebook can be one of the biggest scams on the net. Then facebook has viruses also. Facebook will survive for a long time because young people will get addicted to facebook and they will get their friends to join and can be a never ending cycle.

I don't really think it's dying. On the contrary I believe it's growing each day more and more.
Obviously sooner or later the user base will start decreasing, probably due to another service getting hits or something. But sites like Facebook, where you store your information and get in touch with friends and relatives, are here to stay, forever!

I am not very interested in Facebook. Actually sometimes I even feel bored to it. Its design seems to be simple but actually it is not easy for me to figure out what to do. And I don't have many friends in Facebook since it is blocked in my country. So most of my friends come from abroad. This is why I don't keep in touch with others by Facebook.
I love China

I think it's actually growing more every day. Unlike most other "fads" that we've seen on the internet in the past, there are now more people in the world who HAVE a facebook than people who don't have one. The amount of information that we put on there, and the amount that we lean on it in order to socialise kind of shows that we won't be able to let it go as easily as we might have let other social networking websites go in the past. I think that they need to be careful not to change things too much though, as that was the problem with MySpace when people began to leave.
