How do you achive a positive energy?

I'm always amazed watching Cesar Milan in National Geographic. He always talks about positive energy and how dogs can feel it... Wow, that's some kinda energy. He said if you have a positive energy, it affects your life and everybody else. I'm always a happy person and I surround myself with positivity. How about you how do you achieve positive energy?

I think of something I have wanted to achieve that has been hard for me to accomplish. I sit silently and tune in.
