Age is just the time stamp on our physical body. More importantly, our mindset should be young forever. Unfortunately, most people 'feel' old when they are growing older. It's great that you still 'think' young all the time, because not many could do it.

Hi lkbooi, it's very true that if we 'think' young, our physical body will look younger also. It's because when we think positively and youthfully, our body will response with rejuvenating chemical reaction, which help us to improve our health and lengthen our longevity.

Yeah, we would live healthier and could enjoy younger life if we forget about our age although we are growing older day after day. Of course I do not mean doing those activities that need lots of energy which are out of our physical ability. 
I think the mylot activities available here are suitable for all age groups

I agree with your view cheongyc. No matter how old we are, we must keep our midset young all the time. Only people with young heart can live happily. A few of my friends are not happy because they always mind about thier age and think people younger than them do not like to mix with them. I hope I can influent them and make them to join with us joking and luaghing

Age doesn't matter and this applies not only to love but for doing things we enjoy when we were younger.
I may be old too, but i am still so much young at heart. I see to it that my husband and i are always happy together. I want us to be always celebrating our anniversaries by dining out. It makes me feel young always.

You are welcome! Our partner will feel happy too if we are happy all the time. So it is important that a husband or a wife must be often in happy mood. You are doing very well to make your marriage happy. I think women are more caring than men. And I can see this from my loving wife She is good in taking care of me. I am more happy to have a caring and happy wife

Being the woman, i always see to it that i do things to make our marriages strong and exciting. It is us women, to lead our husbands into making our marriage happy. They being the men, doesn't have innate romantic aspects in them. It's for the women to guide them in being one.

I can see an adorable baby sucking milk from the baby bottle. I understand why you change your avatar finally. You mean you still seem like very young after you are back to mylot again. It's true that there are lots of changes during these few years. And myLot have become more and more attractive and fun after the renovation from time to time. I would be vey happy if you can have fun here often. That is, when you have leisure but not force to do it as you have planned. Join in the activities here during our spare time relaxingly is so-call real fun doing mylot post. Yeah, I hope you can earn what you deserve if doing myLot discussion according to the guidelines but not just indulging in starting new discussion often and never like to add any comment to discuss what is related to the topic written. We would feel disappointed to response to discussion which our response boxed is always blank with no comment added

After staying away from mylot a few years I am just like the an inocent baby. I have lots to learn. Thank you very much you say that you will help me if I have any question and problem in mylot. Indeed happiness decides if you are really young or not. Aging is just outer changes, but our heart always remains young if we are happy and content.Most of the people who are in 40's and 50's actually feel very active and young and want to act like 20 year old, but this complex of age forces them to remain in their limits. People are forced to change themselves with age so that they can please the society in which they are living. They are like bird in the cage.......if they will be given freedom, I am sure they will also hop and jump like you.

I like laughing and joking always. I am so happy my friends are laughing together with me. We are in different age, some are young some are old. We can get along together happyily because we never bother much about our age. We are happy go lucky and enjoy our happy life every day. Some people make their life difficult because they always mind their age and thinking that other people think that they are old and useless 
I hope every one who are getting old will have a young heart and thought and enjoy their everyday life happily

It's good to be feeling that way. Young at heart ! That keeps the person fresh and healthy. It also helps keeping frustrations and depressions away as we go through the life-time. It is what people say "positive attitude". That keeps the doctor away !

My wife is younger than me. She is happy often and naturally I also feel young and happy to get together with her. Playing with my two lovely kids all the time also will make my heart young, happy and healthy. Since we have to go through our life no matter we are happy or sad. Why not we won't be happy and want to be sad. You are right, we will be healthy and live happy every day if we are in positive attitude. It is said that people in low mood all the time will get sick easily. So be happy and keeps the doctor away

I'm surprise when I read this posts... I just got decided to let go of someone I really love because He's too old for me and I'm too young for him.. I don't know if he loves me..."How I wish!" We have the same company and in different level positions.. he's in higher position than me.. so it's very impossible for us to be together... I know that age doesn't matter...I agree with that but, I'm taller than him.... Height matters right?..

I don't think the different of age, level position in work, body height will affect the love affair of two lovers. The most important thing is that they love each other deeply. Only you are willing to give him more chances to approach you. You then will feel his true love towards you. And also if you do not mind he is shorter than you. I wish you can find your true love soon
