earn a star in myLot

Hi happy myLot members! :)
Can someone here tell me about the meaning of the colour of the stars we earn in myLot? I search on the FAQ's and guidelines, but i did not get any clue. I probably miss some thing here. Would you mind to tell me? :) I just so curious why some members got a red star, and others got the blue star, or another colours. How many colours is there, actually?

It is true, they don't say anything about colors but you can see that each color has the same number inside. For instance, all the red stars have a nine inside, all the yellow ones have an eight and so on.

That star is your reputation, it is given by the way the other users rate your activity here. Have you seen those + and - next to each post?
Everybody here can use them to tell their opinion about some post.
If it is of good quality, it is rated positive. If not or if it violates the rules, it is rated with -.
When you reach one hundred posts, you can see how your activity was rated by other users. So you'll get your star (hope it will be a good one!). The higher the number inside the star, the better.

stars? i don't know and i don't care much... i notice i had yellow star and number 8 on it and roll the mouse over and it says my reputation is 76/100 and i don't how i got that or what to do with it. The thing is i enjoy here in mylot and the best thing is that I am able to express myself. It's like an outlet to stress...

As our friend Inu1711 said might be you missed something to read in the guidelines about the color or star. In my first time here I'm trying to get what the idea about the star, number and color. Before I thought if you get number 1 in the star you are in the high level but reverse in reality 10 is the highest which I never reach till now means some short from my side (may quality of my comments or what)
The colour as mentioned by our friend there are corresponding colors if you reach level 10 your color become blue and soon. That star represent your reputation here, your rating here by other mylotters. @minmin3456 (81)

I think you are very careful,you know what,since I been in mylot,I don't even notice that I have a star.

Star is basically rflection of your reputation in MYLOT as you might be aware that other users rate your responses and as per the ratings you get your reputation is calculated
.You get star when you reach rating of 100 so please wait till you post 100 responses.
