What is Autopilot? What's the advantage and feature of it?

I always encounter this ads about autopilot but I really can't understand the usage of this. Is anybody here can explain this? Can we benefit with that? In what way? Are you using one?

Well, I don't really sure what autopilot is all about. As I understand autopilot is a kind of software is able us to generate cash without hard effort...but I doubt if this is really true

i don't trust any product or software that has the word "autopilot" in it... it can either be a scam or black hat
