are girls really tough competition for boys getting a job?

hi friends i want to know if girls are tough competition for boys getting a job. is there any other reason related to performance/bonds/knowledge may be any thing for boys getting less job than girls.a servery made states that among the interviews made in companies % of girls selected is 76 and boys selected 58.(i.e for every 100 girls attended 76 are being selected and for every 100 boys only 58 are being selected).have friend have you lost any interviews. do you accept this.

I do not thinkgettung a job sucxessfully depends on ones vender. I always believe that companies would vet you regarsless of what your gender is so long as they see you fit for yhe qualifications they are looking for.

ya i know that companies will not make recruitment based on gender.but there may be some reason for selection.as the survey they are more selected.

I agree, getting a job doesn't entirely require gender as a basis. Although still, there are some jobs meant for girls, and others meant for boys.
